Curriculum

The certificate's curriculum immerses students in the daily operations of managing the spectrum of senior living, essential components of human resource management, and elements of hospitality that are highly sought-after within the industry. Students then choose to focus in an area specific to their career goals.

Students who earn the certificate and then wish to pursue WSU's Master of Arts (MA) in Aging Studies may transfer all credit hours to the MAAGE program.

Admission to the program

For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Certificate Form.
Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
